Registered with the Charity Commission
Pulse was formed to meet the needs of the Exeter Community Alliance. We support the local groups within the ECA where their activites are charitable and meet with our registered charitable objects. Primarily we are the legal entity looking to obtain premises and funding for those premises. We have recently also begun providing Fiscal Hosting for groups in the ECA that have not formed a legal entity nor set up bank accounts.
Pulse was originally called "Climate Action Hub Exeter", but we wanted to ensure that it was known that we were not only focussed on taking action on the climate. We have retained our original name as a 'working name' for continuity and transparency.
